The Coastal Academy currently offers two main courses:

Advanced Certificate in Tropical Marine and Coastal Ecosystem Management:

This month-long course offers an in-depth and comprehensive grounding in tropical marine and coastal ecology, threats and management. The course consists of 32 lectures divided into four Core Units: Tropical Marine and Coastal Ecosystems, Human Dimensions of Marine and Coastal Ecosystems, Sustainable Management of Marine and Coastal Ecosystems and Monitoring Methods in Marine and Coastal Ecosystems. Advanced Certificate in Tropical Marine and Coastal Ecosystem Monitoring Methods:

This two-week course can be taken either as a stand-alone field course or in conjunction with the Advanced Certificate in Tropical Marine and Coastal Ecosystem Management.
